We understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as expected. That’s why we’ve made our return process as easy as possible, so you can shop with confidence. We take great pride in our products and stand behind the quality of every item we sell. In addition, we also offer reliable and affordable shipping options to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
Returns
At Commercial Lighting Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that the item is in “like new” condition and in its original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
If you wish to return an item between 31-60 days of the purchase date, the item must still be in “like new” condition and in its original packaging. In this case, we will credit your account for the purchase price of the item.
All products come with a one-year warranty against defects. If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement of the same or similar product, free of charge, provided that the defect is covered under the terms of our warranty. If the defect is not covered under warranty, we may still be able to offer a replacement or repair for a fee.
Please note that items that have been used or damaged in any way may not be eligible for return or exchange. Also, custom or special orders cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Pricing Change
CLS will strive to give 30 days of notice regarding any pricing changes.
Damaged/Lost Shipments
CLS will file claims for lost or damaged shipments provided that the following guidelines are met:
- Shipments must be inspected thoroughly upon arrival.
- Damage or Shortage on truck shipments must be noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.
- Damage, product discrepancy, or shortage must be reported to CLS within 72 hours after delivery by emailing [email protected] or calling us at 828-569-9038.
CLS will not be responsible for lost or damaged products if these guidelines are not followed.
CLS LED Shipping:
All orders will be shipped via UPS, or US Postal utilizing the current shipping rates.
